How it Works

How we will turn your photo into an oil painting.

  1. Submit your picture
    • You either upload the digital image* or send a hardcopy of the image you want to turn into an oil painting
    • Follow the ordering instructions by choosing the category, painting medium, and size of painting
    • Make a 50% advance payment
    • You will receive an order confirmation via email or fax
  2. Picture to painting process
    • Our artists will begin to hand-paint your picture based on the image you provided
  3. Inspect your painting
    • Once the artists have completed your painting, we will email the proof for your review  
    • At this time, you can either ask for modifications or confirm your approval
    • If you request changes to be made, we will ask for your review again once they have been made
  4. Delivery of artwork
    • Once you confirm the final version of your painting, we will process the balance of your payment and ship the artwork via UPS Ground to the address you provided either rolled in a tube or framed

To ensure our artists capture all the details from your image, we recommend photographs taken from a camera at
the highest settings with a minimum 3 Megapixels.
